How quickly can I get access to the portal?
Once signed up as a partner we guarantee to activate your portal access within 24 hours; usually this is done the same day.

When I make changes in the portal will they be completed live?
Yes, as soon as you save a change within our portal it will instantly be applied to your customers service.

As well as maintain existing services can I provision new services within your portal?
Yes, Cloud Servers, Cloud Backup, Internet Connectivity, SiP Trunks and much more

How can I be sure your prices are competitive?
We buy directly from Tier 1 carriers including but not limited to BT Wholesale, BT Openreach, Virgin and TalkTalk Business.

Is your portal secure?
Yes. You will be provided with a unique login to our 256bit SSL protected portal. We store all data within our UK infrastructure which is ISO27001 compliant.

What if I have a problem using the portal or provisioning a service?
Customer service is a priority to us. Every CT Wholesale partner is provided with a dedicated Channel Account Specialist who can be contacted for any questions or queries via email, mobile or direct line.

Is training provided on using the portal
Yes. We provide an onsite on-boarding session at no charge where we will help you become full trained on our wholesale partner portal.

Do you provide sales support
With our expertise, we are happy to help train your sales team on our services and putting proposals together. Just ask, nothing is too much trouble!
